I was extremely happy with the service we received from J-Pak recently when our LINX 4900 Inkjet printer needed and emergency service. To meet deadlines set due to financial year end and orders we had to complete for our International Distribution, the situation seemed almost out of control, but thanks to the prompt and speedy response from the technician, his helpful and friendly demeanour, and understanding of my needs, we were up and running again with the least amount of disruption to the process.
