What is Thermal InkJet
Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printing is a non-contact, high-resolution printing technology that uses heat to fire ink droplets from a cartridge through microscopic nozzles. Each nozzle contains a small resistor that heats ink rapidly, causing it to bubble and eject onto the substrate. This results in sharp, clean, and high-resolution prints — without the need for compressed air or messy bulk ink systems
The Matthews L-Series
The Matthews L-Series L50 is a premium thermal inkjet printer designed for high-speed, high-resolution marking and coding on fast-moving production lines. As part of the L-Series family, it supports various printhead options, including the L1, L12, L25 and the flagship L50, each tailored to different print height requirements
